I love my hose! I have been using it for almost a year now and it's been a God-send because of it's flexibility and light weight as I am handicapped and have a hard time gardening. The 100' hose is not very heavy and easily maneuvers around obstacles better than any rubber/plastic garden hose!I will tell you that last week, my hose sprung a leak! Just a pinhole leak, but one that I really don't know how it happened. Anyway, I contacted the Customer Service people and they reacted to my problem very quickly. So fast, that after 5 work days, a new "Replacement" hose was in my mailbox at $0 cost to me. These folks stand by their warranty and are super diligent in resolving any problems with their products. I highly recommend this product not only for it's durability and ease of use, but also because you'll know the best Customer Service comes with the hose! Get out there and buy one for yourself! You'll be glad you did!! Best Company EVER!!!

This product is all what is advertised...unfortunately I had a defective hose that sprung a leak at the faucet connector area less than a year after purchased. Needless to say I was disappointed with the product but immediately contact Amazon whom directed me to the seller. I sent an email explaining the issue and without hesitation they responded requested a pic or video and today I was notified my replacement hose is in the mail. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service TheFitLife company has provided. I recommend this product because it is as advertised and rest assured if there is a defect the company has your best interest.

I have five TheFitLife 100’ Hoses, one on each outside spigot. I also have several hundred feet of traditional garden hoses which no longer get used.The traditional hoses vary from inexpensive plastic which are unmanageable in cool weather and kink insidiously to heavy rubber which do not not kink but are heavy, cumbersome and a “pain” to manage, regardless of one’s retrieval device. I’ve tried all and all are conducive to discouraging use.What a ‘godsend’ TheFitLife hoses. Keep them in Large flower vases, turn the water on and the hose starts to climb out. Lightweight essentially kink proof easily maneuvered and when finished, shut the faucet off, and continue watering while hose empties itself and walks back and with just a little hand help on the ‘walk back’, the hose is now ensconced in the vase out of the way. Neat, tidy and convenient!Obviously this kind of finesse cannot not be as rugged as traditional heavy thick walled traditional hose. I have had one failure out if the five one year old ones, however TheFitLife replaced it.My bottom line is the convenience, tidiness, ease of storage, and ease of use changes a ‘chore’ into an enjoyable pleasant task; prompting a five star rating.

The only thing that worries me is the hose snagging on something sharp. It's already showing wear. But I love the hose ... its light, flexible and easy to handle!UPDATE: 2/23. I had to order another hose. I love these type of hose cause they are so light, manuverable and storage is miniscule. But, by Feb. of 2023, I had to buy another hose. This one had too many holes! I bought a replacement that was much better quality. It was more money but I just got one that didn't get damaged by dragging it around my house.

After the first one broke, I thought it was a fluke. Bought another one, and it worked great! Sure, it was a little frayed, near the nozzle, where it would get lots of wear, but I'm generally careful with my equipment, so, no big deal. But when the second one broke the same way the first one was decommissioned, I have to chime in. So, we have a lot of stones, big ones, everywhere. I'm careful with mower and with all the tools because the rocks are hard and abrasive and tough on tools. The hose broke when I stepped on it. My kids will leave it out, strewn across the walk, and I might inadvertently tread on it, if I'm in a rush. I wasn't even wearing boots! The nylon sheath just doesn't seem to be enough protection for the thin rubber or laytex inner hose. I only had the hose for four months, there is no way I stepped on the same spot twice, on BOTH hoses. The first one lasted about six months. What makes it worse, these hoses are completely UNREPAIRABLE!! So frustrating for someone who can fix a lot of things. My heart sank when I saw the new hose leaking. 100 feet of junk. Going to switch back to the hard rubber traditional hoses. Even though they are stiff and heavy, at least you can repair them.

Wow,I finally found a forever hose. I no longer have to worry about the spring/summer water task. Gardening will be a breeze with this hose. The lightweight, durability of this water hose is amazing. The flexibility is amazing. No more kinks or twisted hose. It has met all of my expectations, above and beyond, as well as saving me precious storage space. I no longer have to tote the standard heavy water hose around. I can grab this hose one handedly. It is capable of answering many watering task, as well as being diverse enough to fill up my swimming pool or using to wash my car. Great product. Great design. Great quality. Initially I was a little hesitant about the cost, but once my hose arrived and I've used it several times it has already paid for itself. The old saying rings true with this product, you get what you pay for, so don't hesitate. Buy yours today, you won't regret it. Rather you have a garden thumb, odd jobs around the house, a fur baby to give a bath too, this hose will meet all of your needs, as it has met mine. I am so thankful I came across this amazing product.

Calidad pésima. En menos de 3 minutos de conectarla, la goma interior de la manguera ha explotado como un globo de agua, quedando inservible. Ni un uso le he podido dar. Quizás era defectuosa? En todo caso, no recomendaría su compra.Corrijo reseña puesto que después de la opinión inicial el vendedor se puso en contacto conmigo ofreciéndome una reposición del artículo. Ha estado muy pendiente de que lo recibiera y de que todo estuviera bien. Una vez probada la manguera, funciona correctamente. El tiempo dirá sobre su aguante. Pero por ahora, solo puedo decir que gran compra y mejor vendedor.

J'avais déjà une version plus courte toute de vert vêtue, ce tuyau est plus "classe" en noir. L'autre venait avec des accessoires de connexion en laiton, ce modèle vient avec un mélange d'accessoires en laiton (1 adaptateur, métal (alu?) et plastique (qui semble très léger). Pas très grave, juste dommage que le pas de vis sur le connecteur côté pistolet ne semble pas être standard; le connecteur à connexion rapide en laiton que j'utilisais déjà n'est malheureusement pas compatible et j'ai du mettre l'accessoire plastique appropriée livrée avec le tuyau.Le pistolet fait un peu cheap et n'a pas de gachette mais un réglage du débit sur l'arrière, à manipuler avec le pouce, moins facile à doser et sans retour automatique. Le pistolet a une fonction "jet" que je n'avais pas avant et qui est bien utile depuis qu'on nous a réduit la pression d'eau.MAJ: le vendeur m'a contacté pour annoncer qu'ils ont changé de fournisseur suite à ce critique apparemment mécontent et si je voulais bien le supprimer. Comme je suis plutôt PAS mécontent du produit (qui a fait parfaitement ce que j'en attendais cet été) je modifié un eu mon évaluation mais je la laisse.

Bought this to wash my car but needed a long hose to reach the front of the house. It reaches the car fine, I had no problem going around the house and around the car without any struggle. It does snag on the floor sometimes but it has a fabric outer cover so is bound to snag on rough floor. My only gripes are that after just half an hour the spray attachment started to sprout a leak. This is because as you move around it pulls out of the connection slightly. This needs to be more secure so it does not leak. Secondly, it does not spring back to its original size. On moving around the car I noticed that a fair bit of the hose that connects to the sprayer is stretched. This did not return to normal when the hose was disconnected. Not a major problem, but does make me question the lifespan of the hose if it has now stretched beyond return already. Time will tell, but happy so far..

Effectivement très solide, léger, tellement pratique... On a adoré quand on l'a reçu ! Super simple à ranger, le pistolet vraiment génial, on va partout avec le tuyau et on peut facilement le débrancher et le rebrancher ailleurs, c'était le rêve. Mais le pistolet s'est brisé lors de gelées nocturnes (nous n'avons pas suivi les instructions qui disent bien de vider l'eau quand on a fini de l'utiliser), donc il fuit (on l'a changé pour un autre en métal, moins pratique mais plus résistant). Ensuite ce tuyau qui bouge a été trop tentant pour notre jeune chat qui l'a attaqué... résultat, des fuites au milieu du tuyau. Et ce tuyau si pratique ne semble par contre pas évident à réparer... Je suis perplexe à présent sur la meilleure option, entre le réparer ou revenir à un tuyau plus rigide.
