Cheap and is not good for seniors

SR3G by logic mobility
I bought this for my mom. (But not from Amazon website). It's not user friendly for seniors. There is no download for the phone other than the quick user guide on the logic mobility website. I looked at other phones on the LM website and downloaded the user manuals but it's in Spanish! It's so very frustrating!! However I did email tech support it's too early to hear back from them.
