This machine comes with a great combination of features: 512 GB SSD, touch screen, Intel i5 and a numeric keypad. Setup went well. The touch pad is very responsive, although a bit on the tough side to press. That said, the touch screen offsets this negative.The processor does a very good job with Windows 10 and typical tasks. I did not have many situations where it overworked itself and the fan had to kick in, which is a little noisy but this holds true for all of the Inspiron line. Setup was easy... a plus for Dell keeping it simple and avoiding bloatware.The wifi connects very easily in the startup screen and makes linking to Microsoft Office a breeze (which is pre-installed). Just enter your Microsoft email address and password and Office is ready to go.Other reviews scared my on the screen but it is decent for this price range. Brightness is more than adequate and adjustable within Windows 10 settings. I turned it back a bit at night and found it adequate next to a bright window during the day. Response rate is fine for typical stuff. I am not gaming or video editing on this laptop.The power supply could use another foot or two of cord but it is small and lightweight so easy to stuff in a back pack.The overall weight is very good for the size but that's because the outer shell uses a lot of plastic. Fingerprints are not a problem on the screen but noticeable on the outer shell. I do wonder about durability if this unit were on the go constantly but mine stays in the house most of the time. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and has a good feel. I do wish it was backlit.I recommend this machine given a price of about $800 and that the seller got it to us in two days although 10 days was the cited delivery date. The fact that they even had something in stock was amazing given that the rest of the world has no computers in stock.

The touchscreen works how it is supposed to but the produce name lies. The laptop comes with Windows 11 but the order title says Windows 10.

The computer failed the same day I turned on. Without saying a word on the product description they change the original DELL mother board card for a different one, and that create a problem that ended costing us more money.

This Dell laptop is fantastic. The screen quality, resolution and refresh rate are fantastic. The touchscreen is very responsive. I use it for gaming and recording live music. It works flawlessly.

Excellent laptop

I chose to buy a more expensive laptop, after consultation, and within 2 weeks the screen started to pull apart. I felt so cheated I didn't even contact Amazon or the seller. Sigh
