GumDrop pacifiers are distributed in hospitals nationwide. The innovative one-piece design is constructed of durable, latex-free silicone and is shaped to fit baby's face while staying clear of baby's nose. GumDrop pacifiers easily work with most pacifier attachers.

Baby LOVES IT! (UPDATE - Chocking Hazard!)
We bought these for our baby when she was about 3 months old because we hated how the Soothie covered her nose. Like the Soothie, these did pop out a lot, but so did the more traditional 2-piece design pacifiers (we tried Nuk, Gerber brands, etc.). I don't think it's the pacifier, I think it's the baby. Ours didn't seem to like pacifiers at first, but by 5 months she couldn't sleep without this GumDrop pacifier - when she loses it she'll sometimes wake up looking for it. Helps calm her down and puts her right back to sleep at night. I love how colorful they are, and they are a 1-piece design, which saves money because they can be boiled (as opposed to tossed) if baby comes down with thrush. Very cute and easy to clean. One pacifier has lasted about 4 months, and I boiled it regularly to disinfect it (when I tossed it it was for hygiene purposes and just-in-case, the pacifier was still in good shape otherwise). Also works great with Binkibear The Original Pacifier, Classic Brown . Highly recommended!UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Please see the picture I uploaded of my 1-year-old's chewed up pacifier! I left her in her crib for about 10 minutes - the pacifier was all in one piece when I stepped out (I had just washed it for her) and it was chewed to pieces when I stepped back in! If your baby has teeth, you may want to consider a different brand! This is rather easy to tear apart and I never found the pieces.

It's great but it's almost the exact same thing as the newborn one
In theory, these pacifiers are larger than the newborn-size ones. However, I can barely tell the difference. If I look very closely, these look slightly larger than the newborn ones (like 1 or 2 millimeters longer and 1 millimeter thicker). Because the difference in size is so small, I probably could have continued to use my newborn-size ones for my four-month old baby. That being said, I like the gumdrop style of pacifiers very much. They are the only kind that my son likes (he does not like orthotic-style pacifiers). I've read other reviews that say the gumdrop pacifiers sold by Amazon are not the exact same ones as hospitals use. While this may be true, my son and I can't tell the difference.

Only pacifier we will use
We first got these from our hospital when our little girl was born. I was a little upset because I have read over and over that using a pacifier will interfere with breastfeeding. Over and over I would ask for these not to be used but to no avail she would have one when I came to visit her in the NICU. Low and behold when it came time for me finally to feed her there was no confusion at all. We have used them ever since. My little one is now 9 1/2 months and will use these when trying to fall asleep and in the car. She sometimes gets her thumb stuck in them but will pull it off and giggle. I like them because it is all one piece so no worries about choking hazards, they are very easy to clean and sanitize. Now I just wish I could put a tracking devise on these things :)

my daughter's favorite!
So far, I've tried to give soothie, nuk, and gumdrop pacifiers to my daughter. My daughter loves the gumdrop pacifier and I like that it does not cover or rub against her nose like the soothie or leave marks on her cheeks like the nuk. We received the gumdrop pacifier at the hospital and I just ordered 4 more!Update: Still a huge fan of these and we continued buying through the various stages. When we were given other pacifiers as gifts, we would try them, but never switched brands. My daughter has always preferred the GumDrop pacifiers and still does today. Now it's time to start weaning off of the pacifier!

love these
After reading an article about just how dirty enclosed pacifiers can get. Just chalk full of mold and other kinds of bacteria I knew I didn't want to use enclosed nipple pacifiers. After the first few days of using a wide nipple pacifier I switched to these. There seemed to be much less nipple confusion for my new baby. They are a little bit harder to hang onto for baby, but I really like these. Everyone loves how you can see their little tongue and lips sucking away~! I also appreciate the cut out for the nose. I don't like the Phillips ones for that reason!

Newborn pacifier worked well, but Infant pacifier was too hard for baby to suck and keep in mouth
I had bought the newborn GumDrop pacifiers for my baby and decided to change to the Infant size/style recently since he was getting older. However, I noticed he was spitting out the pacifier a lot and it seemed like he had a hard time sucking on it and keeping it in his mouth. Eventually I ended up buying the MAM pacifiers, which he keeps in his mouth for forever! So unfortunately, the infant size/style did not work well with my baby :(

Favorite pacifier of our baby/toddler girl, with a cool feature, durable too
The favorite pacifier for our baby/infant. A cool feature of this pacifier is that you can looks through the handle to see the lips of your baby/infant moving like a fish! Sometimes the baby/toddler enjoys sticking her finger to the hole while sucking on the pacifier. Recommended!

Only pacifier my breastfed baby will take!!
I got a few of the Gumdrop pacifiers from the hospital when my daughter was born 4 months ago and I love them. She's not a paci addict like my son was so it helps to have the hole that I can stick my finger in to help her grip it. We still have a few unused from the hospital but I wanted to buy some in different colors.Note: I tried the Nuk pacifiers too because we received some at our shower but she would not even keep them in her mouth. I don't think she liked the shape of the nipple.

Unsuitable substitute
I bought these soothers in high hopes that they could replace THAT other brand which cost a fortune as they are imported from US. My baby is breastfed and love the other brand but I found it annoying that I wasn't able to attach a clip and when one got lost I was most upset.I ordered these thinking they looked almost identical plus it had a space to attach a clip and at half the price plus free delivery I was hoping for the best. Unfortunately these are not a good replacement. The teet although made from silicone is much more rigid and where the other brand has a matt silky feel these are hard and shiny. My baby was not fooled and would not take these. Also due to the shiny finish I found they attract an abnormal amount of dust and lint simply just by being out of packaging and since these don't come with a box this is not great.Unfortunately they were not suitable and for that reason I am now forced to buy brand from US. Other parents might find that their baby doesn't notice the difference but for us it was a dissapointment. Such a shame as it would have been so great if they were identical.

Not the same as hospital ones
They're good dummies but there's no duping my daughter she knows it's not the same as the one she got at the neonatal unit at the hospital and just won't take to it. They're not the same as the hospital dummies even though they look the same. They seem more sturdy but keep dropping out of my daughters mouth (might be her spitting it out because she doesn't like it) feel really sad because they were so expensive aswell.
