Not good quality. Very disappointed.
Very low quality product. Display screen very low resolution. Camera comes with a microphone that has an audio jack but camera doesn't have an actual audio jack. Lenses are junk and don't work well. New cell phones are a better. This is going back.

Low Quality
I watched many youtube videos and read many reviews on this brand prior to buying. Given the generally positive reviews and the cost, I thought I'd give it a try. The camera came packaged very nicely with all the listed accessories. It was easy to get set up and running. I charged the battery for around 8 hours (the battery was nearly fully charged on arriving). I got the battery installed and started shooting some video, basically just playing around. Within 5 minutes, the battery indicator was read and showed no battery life remaining. In addition, the little wheel that turns the camera from video to photo didn't work. You had to turn the camera off, then on to get it to work and even then, it didn't work every time. Lastly, the SD card is extremely difficult to remove. I had to get a knife to push onto the sd card and slide it out as it wouldn't come out far enough for me to grab. I would be very hesitant about purchasing this brand of camera. Going cheap doesn't always work out.

Great value, Questionable pieces
To be fair I wanted to rank this a one or two stars because I was upset, but outside of these two issues and having the camera for about 2-3 days and one real use; the camera is really good and if I didn't like the camera as much I would have been enraged. So to be fair I'd rank a 3.7 to about a 4.2 on the star scale because of the value and picture quality, but I would take off a star or two because of the equipment malfunctions. I just wish the camcorder used a 3.5mm jack instead right now.So far my greatest dislike is that I've had two pieces break from simple installment. The first was the rim on the telescopic lens. All I did was attached it to the video camera to ensure it fit and worked, but when I unscrewed to switch lens the frame stayed on the camera and the lens came off. After I put a small couple of drops of super glue on the frame and reattached it, I haven't had an issue with that lens. The second piece is the adapter for the microphone. The microphone is 3.5mm while the camcorder needs a mini-USB adapter (provided with the kit). The second day, however, is when the adapter broke. The first day I put the camera together and shot some footage for about 4-5 hours on one battery. The second day (camera still fully assembled - wide lens, microphone, light, and stabilizer all connected) I uploaded content, and when I unplugged the microphone adapter the metal piece stayed in the slot while the adapter and the wires came apart.Overall, I think the camera and overall kit is a good value and mayyybe I just have a couple of defective pieces or I'm really strong, but to have multiple pieces come apart so new into receiving the camera, I hope that others are not having these same issues. I was hoping to get at least a year's worth of use before I had to start replacing parts.

Good, but some aspects are not.
First, it does do 4k, however, took me a while to get a 4k monitor. I got a good monitor, but I noticed something about this camera, it almost comes off as a upscaled 4k video. It's not bad, but some noticeable artifacting can be seen in playback. I looked through the settings and the like, and I can't really recommend this for 4k recording. However, it is a well priced camera, and it does amazing 1080p recording as well.Colors are good, but the display on the camera does it no justice, so it's not till you get it onto the computer that you see how well it actually does. The display on the camera is just a viewfinder anyways, lets you interact with the settings and setup the shot and it does that well. The number of accessories that come with this are astounding, and much of it is well designed. I would recommend getting a good stand to go with this, as when all the accessories are on it, the camera is a bit heavy. The LED lights that come with this are a bit on the soft side of light, a bit yellowish. I am not sure if this is something that can be changed or the like, but it's not something that heavily impacts the quality of the shot. I can't really state if these are high quality high cri leds on here or not, but they do not really do justice verse a good light array when it comes to natural light. The zoom appears to be a 50/50 combo between digital zoom and lens zoom. It does a great job staying focused too. The interface for settings and the like is lackluster, not that great, with all the effort in all the other parts of this camera, the UI kinda sucks and makes it feel cheap.Overall, this camera is trying to look like something it is not though and I see that as a problem. It is a amateur camera with accessories that make it seem more professional, with corners cut in obvious ways. It suffers at 4k, and I can not recommend that in the least as it comes off looking noticeably upscaled with noticeable artifacts. It does do great 1080p video at bout 30 and 60fps and I can recommend that.
