Okay, okay, I know my title said “includes everything”, but… The only thing it didn’t include was the heatable pad to place on top of the watch to loosen the epoxy.I decided to put a soaking-wet hand towel in the microwave for 3 minutes, then dump it into a gallon ziplock. It worked.Unfortunately when I opened the watch I found other things smashed than just the screen, so I couldn’t complete the repair.Regardless, these tools WOULD have helped me repair the watch if the screen had been the only issue.

Sold without directions or note that the replacement is near impossible for a non professional. Even a professional will charge $300. And not guarantee success. Just buy a new watch. I did put a cover on the cracked lens and that has saved it so far.
