This is really very good for all muscle pain my physiotherapist suggested this. Awesome but jut need big pot to dip it in Hot water and water proof thing to keep water from dipping and keep heat intact… just great buy

Nice belt good for pain relief

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and it has helped my back and neck a lot.- Dip it in hot water (not warm) for 5-7 mins- Wrap it in a towel and place it on the affected area. If it feels too hot on your skin, add another layer of towel.It stays warm for a good 10-15 mins. Also, you can use it while lying on bed, it doesn't drip.The warmth feels like heaven when your back is hurting!

Value for money.

It is a useless product. I had bought it with an impression that this product would retain heat for longer time thinking it has silicon fillings. But i think they have filled pebbles which do not stay warm for more than 5-7 mins. They don't even return this useless product. It was a total waste of money for me. I would say i am cheated.

Dip this in hot water. Wrap a hot towel over this and place on your injured muscle. Super relaxing power :) Works on all muscle injuries and join pains.
