Seriously? The laminator itself is great and worth the money but the paper cutter, built in, plus the sharp edge cutter and one hole punch are great additions, not to mention the laminate pouches, rings and mini photo frames. Worth every penny! Works even smoother than the heavy duty one at work. Quick to heat up and very smooth feed.

Brilliant little laminator, exactly what we needed after our old one went bust. My wifes a primary school teacher so gets alot of laminating done whilst she's at home. She was really pleased with the purchase and with all the extras that come with the laminator. We bought 2 laminators in total so she could use one at home and the other whilst at school when needed.

I was looking for a laminator when I came across this one. And to be honest it looked to good to be true at first. But so far I can't fault it. Firstly it does the job it's designed for, it laminates. Speed wasn't my concern, this one is about the same speed as the ones I've seen in my life so I can't really compare it to anything. I can imagine someone who needs a fast laminator and I can imagine that there are faster ones out there and they're probably more expensive. If you're looking for a fast one you probably have an idea of how fast you're looking for and you can compare the description to decide if you want this or not. For everyone else this will do just fine for the occasional laminating (few pages a day I'd assume). The trimmer on the top is super clever, it's convenient and for me it cuts perfectly. For those who complain that it's not big enough to cut an a4 sheet in length I'd say thay 99% of the laminators don't even offer this solution in the first place. And this model is the same price as the ones that don't even come with a trimmer. So again, if someone has professional trimming needs they should look for a dedicated product that is designed to do that on a professional level. For everyone else this will do just fine. The holepunch and other extras are nice to have too. Again adds to the value for money factor. It does laminate hot and "cold". I don't even know what cold laminating is, excuse my ignorance but there is a switch on the machine that lets you do thay if you're so inclined.

So many reviews are good just because of this and that’s misleading.I have bought a first one which was fine for a week: after that it started smelling burnt everytime I thrnes it on. I returned it with amazon and ordered a second one.The second one was fine for 3 months and after that (as you can see in picture) the laminations peeled off from everything after few hours or days. Plus the paper feeding got super slow and a funny noise started coming from the machine.I contacted them trough amazon seller contact center: apparently their mail doesn’t work (red flag already) but they could see the mess on amazon website. they have answered me straight away asking for pictures and video, and saying they would sen me a replacement. Once I have provided the evidence asked and said that I’f like a refund because I honestly have enough of this machine having always something wrong, guess what? They have stopped replying. Very conveniente. Guys go for brands you know, like fellowes. Do not always trust reviews on Chinese companies that offers prosucts for free for good reviews.Customer service is brilliant till a problem comes up.

Just want to say thank you. Absolutely delighted with my new laminator, great price, arrived very quickly, especially in the current situation. It heats up quickly, comes with lots of extras, various sized pouches, excellent hole punch, corner rounder (not that good ) tiny wooden pegs ( so sweet) string and ring binders. The trimmer on top of the machine cuts well through the thicker pouches. All in all I'm super pleased with my purchase, would definitely recommend. One happy mummy

...and by hot I mean REALLY hot. Too hot in fact hence the 1 star for heat output as I would say it is excessive. This laminator is rated at 500 watts with an operating temperature of 50-55°C. I haven't measured it yet but I suspect it is operating at a higher output than that. The main problem I've experienced is that it generates so much heat it distorts the laminated media as it leaves the unit and cools. In fact, this unit got so hot that when I first used it, the fence on the attached trimmer started to distort and the blade carriage now stops and jams about 2 inches short at one end. With only 1 heat setting I'm left with no other option than to use a more expensive, heavier gauge pocket. Not the end of the world considering the low price of the laminator but this is not a money saving option if that's what you're after. I'm confident it will do a better job with the heavier pouches so I'll continue to use it.The included accessories and tools were a nice touch and were welcome, especially the corner profiler.

I have been using this little machine now for over a week on and off (approx 40 laminations). I have had no problems what-so-ever. it has worked like a dream. Just a note I have been using Fellowes laminating pouches, so cannot comment on other brands. Love the extras that come with it, especially the single hole punch. It is very quiet and doesn't take long to get up to temperature. A lttle card also comes with it and if you get in touch with them via email and write a review (which a screenshot of your review to be added), you will be issued with a free gift of your choice either 100 laminating pouches or a 36 pack of colour file folders, which is a further bonus. Fingers crossed I will receive my choice. I was worried about using this home laminator as I have been used to using heavy duty ones, but now feel confident.
