7 Days The Complete Collection

This has been on my list for ages, one of thee 90s better scifi shows, really enjoying it over again.

Most time travel media (movies, TV, games and even books), are too open ended and fall easily to paradox. This one limits the travel time to the titular 7days, and makes for better, more credible scifi. Glad I could find it on DVD. The packaging is flimsy, but all my disks arrived intact. The film transfer could be better, but try to look at the content and forgive the fact that the picture has to be adjusted to widescreen in the tv instead of at the source, and the few transfer artifacts both in the sound and picture.

I was first introduced to Seven Days through syndication on Spike TV in the mid 2000's. I enjoyed kicking back with it after work in those days since it had a great mix of science fiction, action, interesting characters, and a variety of plots.For years, I wanted a DVD release of this show. Finally after 15 years of waiting, VCI released the complete series!This DVD release contains all three seasons, all 66 episodes. VCI did quite well with the packaging. All the discs are contained in a hard plastic case with slipcover. Inside, each disc gets it's own sleeve to rest in and also on the inside, VCI has their customer service phone line in case they are any issues with the product, which is great. This is a barebones release with no special features of any kind, just the episodes themselves. Picture/sound quality is on par with the original TV broadcasts, which is fine with me because that is how I remember watching them. I watched most of first season so far with no issues. The discs play well on my PS4 and Sylvania Portable Blu-Ray Player but not with my computer yet but that could be something to do with my computer/software so I'll look into that further and revise this review if needed. I've watched most of first season with no issues whatsoever.I feel overall, VCI did well with this release. Some special features would have been awesome but I'm satisfied just having the series finally on physical media! I'm so impressed with this released I just purchased a second one from VCI that I'll review in the future. Seven Days on DVD is highly recommended!

All good and looking forward to seeing the series again

I remember loving this series when UPN aired it from 1998 to 2000, and I can attest to the fact that I still love it. Reliving all the thrills, adventures, laughs, and time travel spread throughout the 66 episodes whenever I want gives me a special giddiness. The very sturdy and elegant box set came about a week after I ordered it, which made me all the more giddy. I think I'll now treat myself to another episode or two of "Seven Days"

I love stories that deal with time travel! Whether they a single episode of a show, a movie, or a complete series!7 Days was a super TV series dealing with time travel, but limited to only seven days travel into the past! An action adventure series well worth watching! It ran for three seasons, I would have loved to see more!
