I had never tried facial cupping before, so this was a new experience for me. I purchased it to see if it would help with fine lines. I was a little nervous at first, but it really was easy to use. The instructions were pretty comprehensive. I did have to look online to find out that when used on the face, it's not a good idea to leave the cups in one place. You should keep them moving. It is definitely important to read the instructions before use. You have to use oil (or I even used moisturizer) for the suction to work well. And as others have said, I would recommend only doing facial cupping at night because your face does get somewhat red. I love the facial cleansing scrub, and I love how my face feels after I'm done. I haven't really used the set long enough to see too much of an improvement in fine lines yet, but my skin does feel more tone. I definitely plan to keep using it. I haven't used the larger body cup, but I hear it helps with body pain. I am also curious to see how it works on cellulite. I'll definitely try it!

This set is amazing, especially for the price! It includes two small cups for eyes and mouth, two medium cups for other areas on your face, a larger cup for the body, a face scrubber, derma roller, and carrying bag for travel - all of which are very well made and seem like they will last a long time! The instructions are thorough and easy to understand, the set itself is high quality, the packaging included is very convenient, and you really are getting your moneys worth! I do recommend cleaning all the products before you use them just to make sure there is no dust or fuzz still stuck from shipping. I also rinse mine every time I use them just because I feel like the travel bag leaves a little bit of fuzz on the cups due to their texture. If you are really starting to get more into skin care this is a must needed step for your routine!!

I give this item 4 stars because after one use on both my face and body, I could tell the suctions were very effective and the material was durable; enough to last me a lifetime. The packaging was super cute and included everything it advertised: two small cups, two medium cups, and one large body cup plus a microderm roller and a handy light facial scrubber. First things first, the facial scrubber was made of silicone and very easy to clean, as the cups also were easy to clean. The bristles were soft but durable enough to actually clean my face effectively. The microderm roller was similar to others I have used before. No complaints there. HOWEVER, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the directions for using the cups and roller were not very clear. I have used the roller before and I had no adverse reactions toward it. After using the facial cups, I ended up with large dark bruises on my forehead and cheeks after seemingly following the directions in the pamphlet. I only suctioned gently for less than 5 minutes and yet, I ended up with a headache, and three bruises. I do not doubt these cups are effective and do what they claim to do, but ONLY if you are skilled and know what you are doing. Besides the bruising, my sinuses did clear up rather quickly and I felt like I needed to swallow a bunch of times throughout the cupping process. I drank a lot of water and my headache seemed to subside, which leaves me to believe it may be because my lymphatic system is just seriously blocked and the toxins are finally draining out. On the plus side, as strange as it may sound, it was really relaxing while I was cupping my face! It felt like releasing a lot of tension I held in my facial muscles. Maybe next time ill only use the smallest cup on my face. The body cup left me with no bruises whatsoever and ended up being relaxing with no adverse effects whatsoever. I used it to target my cellulite on my legs, and although I'm not going to see results after one use, I saw a lot of redness briefly which, again, shows proof these cups are affective at what they do; bringing circulation to parts of your body and letting the body fix itself.

Prior to my purchase, I did not believe this would actually work. My sister ended up getting a facial cupping set and was saying how great it was. It wasn't until after I actually saw here during the holidays that I believed her. Her forehead lines significantly decreased and her skin looked like it was glowing.I had to to try it for myself then. I ended up ordering this specific set because of the reviews it had. If I was going try this, I wanted to do it right. I have fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. This was just delivered yesterday so I only got to try it once so far and can now say I am a total believer. The instructions were very clear (especially with someone that needs all the help they can get when it comes to this). Obviously the lines on my face did not disappear but to me, I could see a difference right away. I did the cupping at night right before bed as per the instructions and could still see the small results when I woke up this morning.I still need to play around with the suction strength as well as the gliding motions but I think it will just come with practice. The added derma roller was great as well. I was a little hesitant to use the derma roller based on some horror stories I have read (not related to this product) but figured at the smallest needle size, what's the worst that can happen. I did the 6-8 rolls per direction as the instructions stated. Of course, no immediate results were seen but I did feel the tingling afterwards which I love. I'm hoping to see gradual results with this as much as I did with the cupping set.Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone just looking to give this a try. I am brand new to this process and found it to be pretty straightforward. I also feel good about my skin/face after using these products, and to me, that is a win!

Received after 3 weeks on expected delivery, Amazon refunded me,so this is a gift, quality is plastic is good, however suction not that good for the small one to slide, and too hard for the big to squeeze, I only like to use the medium one.
