A Great set for beginners and more experienced as well. I like the ease of use, the "feel"of the pen and the way the ink flows. My one criticism is that it is hard to load the ink cartridges for me. I had to get someone with stronger hands to do it. I must also compliment you with the box they came in. It is very attractive as well as functional.Well worth the money.

i was impressed how beautiful this set is. Six multi colored pens ,with varying tip sizes, and 20 ink vials, plus ,a self fill vial, the presentation box itself, is very attractive, with a magnetic closure, my family has already absconded with the pens so, i will have to purchase another set!

Well first thing, just pull out the refillable part because your using The ink cartridges.once its out of the way, put the ink color u pick into the nib side,until it snaps into place,then screw handle side together . an your done. I tried using both. An was about to return item, until I read about trying to use the refillable part. An that each pen had the extra parts, to refill.

This was a good calligraphy set Pen was very easy to write and sharp. Love the color. Nice that it comes with refilled. The only complaint I had is that there is no instructions on how to use and refill the pen. Its take me awhile to figure it out. Otherwise, everything else was satisfaction.

Bought this as a gift and unfortunately one of the pens was not functional and would not accept the ink cartridge. The other pens seemed to work fine and produced a decent end result. Ended up returning it and getting a different brand.

I like the variety in tip size and the amount of colors you get - great options and choices.HUGE DOWNSIDE - the cartridges are INCREDIBLY hard to put in. I looked up videos to see if I was doing anything wrong, and it's just the cartridges themselves. Not sure where the company is sourcing them from, but I literally had to slam the tip with the cartridge on a countertop to get it to puncture. It made a pretty big mess when I did that, but they're working fine now.I like the pens as a whole, they're easy to grip and, again, lots of variety, which is nice. Pretty good beginners set, just be forewarned about the cartridges.

Once I figured out you have to take the inside piece out of the barrel and push the ink cartridge in until it snaps...these pens were easy to use. As a beginner fountain pen user, these are pretty smooth. I wasn’t expecting such great quality for this price. The ink that it comes with is very nice! Tip: I had to pierce some of the cartridges with a paper clip first before inserting them.

I am disappointed in the tips of two of the pens. They simply don’t work. Also, there was something inside the grips of all the pens that looked like smeared ink. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be there or not-looks like the ink is leaking. I am happy with the pens that work but since many don’t, I might send them back. Nice variety of ink colors but they aren’t very vibrant.
