I had been searching for a carrier to use on our drive from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. I was skeptical how this product would hold up after 12 hours on the car…each way. Well, I am impressed by the quality of this carrier! Not only did it travel well with no rips or tears it kept everything dry during a torrential downpour.Another feature I like about this carrier is how easily it folds up to store in the storage bag it came in. Easy to assemble and easy to put away!

Drove 300 miles from NYC up to the Adirondacks. Set the cruise control to 75 mph most of the trip. My plan was to put it on the roof rack but we carried much more then we planned. So I moved the roof rack back and put it on in front. This worked great! The no rack installation was super easy. Just slightly pull the door rubber down, insert the tabs and push the door rubber back up. Throw the thing on top, center it and load up! The space was impressive. We even stopped at BJ's along the way and brought two carts of stuff. I placed softer things towards the front. I figured putting boxes could cause a rip with the most wind in that area. *Tip*My wife was afraid the things would fall off so I added a ratchet strap for added security. It can easily be added to the door hooks! It's the blue strap in the pic if you look closely. I would recommend this product as a quick, cheap and easy choice as opposed to the hard top ones (which I might invest in). Especially if you don't carry that much too often. It also has a storage bag where everything fits. It didn't rain so I don't know how it performs in that area.

Haven't used it yet. Thought I would need it on our recent trip but our van held everything we needed. We received it the day before it was due.Roger

Good quality material however all my cloths were soaked as it is not so waterproof as it claimed.

Broke one of the zippers closing it on my first trip with it, they sent a replacement pretty quick but the back worked even with the zipper for a full East to west US crossing on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, was easy to install and mostly water resistant, I think some of the water that people may say gets in, is condensation depending on how far you drive, I drove through a few storms etc and there was some water but my bags/suitcases interiors were dry.

Very sturdy material.Easy to hook to car with provided hooks.Very spacious.

Durable, easy to use and store when not I’m use. Much better than a hard top. Delivered on time.
