This was a GREAT companion to a Shower Gift
I gave this as a shower gift with 5 spice plants, a mortal and pestle and a few other books to make infused drinks, salts, sugars, oils/ vinegars and butters. The gift together was sensational but I expected a little more substance/ recipes to the books I got from Amazon to accompany.

Great book to give or get!
Great recipe ideas with herbs and spices in addition to fruit - and both hot and cold drinks. Very flavorful combinations, plus they look beautiful also. I scale them back if just for me as they don’t last too long in fridge. Excellent organization of the book, as one can find ideas for ingredients on hand or just search for ideas. Like the hard cover and realistic pictures - I have given it as a gift twice, which led me to buy for myself!

Great addition to any cookbook collector
Great book to keep in the kitchen especially this time of year when the produce is fabulous but doesn’t last too long. You can make water out of the berries etc that are going too ripe! Sure you can look these up online but the book in the kitchen is pretty and functional! I’m buying more as gifts as everyone is into flavored waters now!

Simply beautiful
This is a visually beautiful book. Take it for exactly what it is--50 basic recipes for infused water using fruits, herbs, and spices. A lot of these "recipes" you could certainly come up with yourself or find for free online, but that being said, I've loved having this little book on my coffee table to inspire me every now and then. I feel calmer just flipping through it. There are worse ways to spend $13.
