Tengchang 45cm 17.7" Electric Automatic Stack Paper Guillotine Cutter Cutting Machine

received crated in wood but to no avail; broken - the starter/part of the motor hanging from where it should be attached- but was found in this state when we unpackaged because the bolt threads had been completely stripped and would not hold. Other issues: digital key pad wiring is damaged. Cannot use to set dimensions. Back guide (driven by motor) does not work Several bolts & screws were missing, Plastic casing on same motor was crushed. Vendor has offered $1,000 to facilitate repair... we are still looking locally to see if this can be done before we accept.
