COMPARING TWO STRETCHERS I PURCHASED.
I needed to purchase a pair of rockers so I could exercise both feet at the same time and get done with it. I could not decide between the Prostrech Plus and the NA healthcare Foot Rocker, so I purchased one and one. I do not regret it. Both have advantages and differences. So NAH gives you a steeper stretch even though the arches are the same size but the heel stopper length are not. The PSP has a stopper farther away from the heel position, so your heel will not reach the floor, stretching your ankle as much as the NAH. This can be fixed by placing the heel insert very close to the center, but big feet people will have their foot sticking out. I am a woman's 7. The Toe insert is great because it stretches the tendons of my toes, which does not happen with the PSP. Also If I need to reach something the PSP stays put and attached to my shoe which permits me move around one or two steps, as if walking with stilts. It is not the purpose and could be considered unsafe, but it comes handy. The inserts in the PSP do not come off that easily as others claim. Maybe with time they will. The heel insert of the PSP is taller than the NAH so it hurts me more. I am glad I ordered one and one, but if I had to order only one. I will chose the NAH because it gives me a better stretch, easier to use, one piece and cheaper.

GOT PF? GET THIS!
If you suffer from chronic heel pain due to PF (plantar faciitis), you can immediately improve your situation by ordering this and USING IT DAILY, as per the directions in the box. In addition to night bracing, semi-rigid arch supports, and in some cases, personal weight loss, this device forms the foundation of your treatment program to overcome/manage your PF.Can you stretch your calf muscles/ achilles tendon without it? YES, you can use a stairwell or set of steps or just stretch against a wall like runners do. BUT, you will not get as intense and targeted a stretch as this inexpensive gizmo will give you. Right now, this is the best bang for the buck.Downsides? You have to wear shoes when using it. You also have to use it near a wall to brace yourself so that you do not lose your balance. You can only stretch one leg at a time (unless you spring for two of these). Those might be downsides. At this price, there's no reason not to have at least one of these, I have one at home and one in my office, which means there's no excuse not to get my calf-stretching in on a daily basis. This thing is made out of hard plastic and supports my 250# frame daily for the past 3 years, so it's built well and made to last.I highly recommend this purchase for everyone with PF.

It seems to be working so far!
I bought this along w/ 2 night splints (the Futuro & the Thermoskin) and returned the non-working splints and just kept this foot rocker. This has seemed to be progressing the healing so far. I stretch several times a day on this rocker-thing, and it's been about a week so far. It seems I can tolerate more stretch each time, and it's getting more flexible. It's also great that I don't have to sleep w/ it on.I'd been doing stretches at home (when I THOUGHT of it)- you know- up against whatever I could be creative with... but it's really just not the same. This guarantees you of the right stretch. I even contemplated bringing it w/ me in the car for those long errand days! But instead, I just stretched my foot on a curb or something, and that helped while I was away from home to just keep stretching it. (I'm too vain to do this in a public parking lot WITH the rocker, but if you're somewhere that you can use the actual rocker, I'd definitely recommend bringing it w/ you to work or where-ever, to keep using through out the day!)Of course, more time will be an even better judge, but so far, I'm pretty happy w/ it. If someone reminds me in a few more weeks or months or years, I'd be happy to chime in w/ the latest results. ; -)It does come w/ instructions for several different stretches. But so far I just do the usual stretch. -Can't really grasp/ understand what they mean on the other ones. They say "turn the HIP out/in". What does that mean?? Do they really mean turn the toe out?? Maybe I can find some videos on it sometime...And just to mention to all my fellow PF sufferers- Silica supplement (or Collagen) helps the tendons & such to stretch & be more pliable. I'd recommend using that too. I've only been taking mine for about 2 wks, but it's bound to help. I'll check in later w/ further results too, if you'll remind me later. ; -)I've been suffering w/ this for 10 yrs, and I've had it!! It keeps me from doing so much! -Exercise & wt. loss for one!! -NO more!! I'm now doing ALL I possibly can to nip this in the bud for good, and I hope you will too!! Every day counts & you are worth it!Good luck to you all.

I’m PT and this product is great!
Great product to get a thorough and adequate stretch for your gastrocnemius; and you can slightly bend your knee and stretch soleus muscle. Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE: Foot Rocker
It stretches the foot as described. I'm doing other stretches that my ortho requested I do and bought this to add to the regimen.UPDATE: The back part that supports the heal snapped off. It has had minimal use and I'm not exactly a large person so for this part to just snap off is ridiculous.
