No pros, many cons...
This is a very strange product. First, it is about half the size that you might think, based on the web photo. Only your toes will fit on it, and the resulting body position is not particularly comfortable. I found that it works best backwards using my heels, and even then, the motion is more natural and beneficial without the product than using it.The rocking motion is controlled by a peculiar plastic insert (see photo), which provides no resistance and limits the motion of your toes to about 1/2 inch. Hence, no exercise value. It would be 100% better with springs or pistons. Also, it is noisy. If you have an office mate, forget it!

Glad I Bought It!
Works great for its intended purpose. It's made of plastic and is NOT heavy duty, so don't be rough with it. Also, I'd suggest not wearing shoes. I work from home, so I use it quite frequently from my desk chair or recliner while barefooted or with socks/footies.. I put my Fitbit Zip on my sock to count my steps while using this gadget. I can also feel it in my calves after so much repetition, so that is a definite plus! I like it so much, I am going to buy another one just in case it should happen to break (based on the other experiences). I also plan to get one for a couple of my co-workers for Christmas!

Comical
LOL. Things to know:1) this is extremely small, smaller than a loaf of bread.2) it is not mechanical in any way... there are no springs of any kind. Zero resistance.3) only allows/requires movement of the anklesI bought this for my grandpa to decrease swelling and to get some cardio. Getting cardio is not going to happen. If he is willing to put up with the annoying tapping sound, then yes it will likely decrease swelling. The pressure points are a nice touch.Overall, I wouldn’t buy this again. But also, it was $15... I should have known what to expect.

Not What I Expected
I have visual challenges, and it was very easy to put together. I intended to use it for mild exercise while sitting down at my desk, but it required very little physical effort and frequently came apart. Disappointing to me!

Not Durable
I choose this product due to leg problems, setting it up was ease, however the product did not last two days. Followed all directions no shoes, flat on floor. I could only use the product two on the second day it broke the plastic material it is mad from came apart sio it will no longer flex up and down. The only good thing I can say is the day it work my legs has less swelling.

Really like it
I wanted to *LOVE* this ... but I just really like it. It is SUPER light weight. There is a rounded bar under the foot pedals, that rocks - so one foot goes down, the other up and so on. It is SUPER easy to put together and take back apart for compact travel. The whole package fit in our normal-sized mailbox, so it is SMALL. There is no resistance at all - but I find for just sitting and being bored, it's just fine. I'm not really CERTAIN how you're supposed to put your feet, but we thought that your heels go on the floor, tops of your feet on the plastic thing, but for 3 people, all that did was sore ankles in about 10 reps. I have it under my computer chair, with my toes on the front of it, lifting legs/feet up and down (range of motion is about 3-4") and it's plenty of a workout. Imagine lifting up your legs 50 times - gets the job done. But if you pressed REALLY hard I think you'd break it. I think it'll be PERFECT for flying or for working on my computer. WARNING MEN: If your junk gets in the way so that you can't sit with your legs CLOSE together, you will not be able to use this comfortably. As for the pressure dots - I don't feel anything positive from them. Slides all over the place but I just put a facecloth under it and it's pretty stable now. Hoping it lasts because after messing with it for a while, I REALLY like it!

This thing is amazing!!!!!!
So, I received this yesterday and started using it today. I have had more dvts than I can count and I needed some sort of activity while I’m at work. This will give your feet the best massage you have ever received. This is better than any man or women ever. Take off your shoes, it’s worth it! While the massage is worth it, after about 20 minutes your calves and thighs will be hotter than Jason mamoa in game of thrones! It is a great workout as well. (Well for me it is since I’m slightly jiggly.)This device is not quiet though. It clicks when you press down. So if your jamming to music and stepping up a storm and you accidentally step to the beat of your music you can hear your coworkers humming the song later. It’s great. Or you could have another coworker that now thinks your building is haunted. I have both, and again it’s great! It slides around on the plastic carpet protector but it was a simple fix. I braced it in the middle with the missing box of paper that I stashed under my desk that I use as a foot rest. However if anyone asks I have no idea where the missing box of paper is.I love this thing so much I may get a couple more for the co-workers I actually like. :)

A waste of money
When I opened this I couldn't believe what I saw because it is just a small piece of plastic folded up. But I thought I better try it because some customers said it worked fine. I wasn't able to find that out because the foot pedals are attached with just a thin piece of plastic and when I opened it up they both broke off. I can't imagine how this would work because I thought there would be a spring or something but there isn't. The foot pedals just set on this plastic rocker and you rock them back and forth. You must put tension by using your feet. Maybe it works? I don't know but I'm not going to purchase another one and try. Even if it did work for a while I would think it would break very easily. I have returned it and will spend a little more money on the next one.
