Q: Does the hauck twin stroller come with the changing table?

Q: How do you fold the stroller?!

Place the stroller so the handle is by your chest. Reach forward on both sides and flip up the silver metal rectangle just under the bar that goes across the baby. While holding that metal rectangle up with your middle finger stick your index finger in the square hole in the gray plastic. Pull your index finger towards your chest. That is a button in there. It will release the folding mechanism. If it dosen't fold right up, pull a little harder. I wish I could add pictures. I just about broke mine trying to get it to fold so I hope this was explanatory enough. I tried to be clear but I'm only on my first cup of coffee :)

Q: One of the rear wheels will not snap on keeps falling off

I would contact the seller or manufacturer, they might replace it. Not sure when you brought it so it hard for me to say. But I am sure they will help you.
