These are great picks for the price. I like the retro asthetic and feel of the pearly cellulose material compared to basic plastic. I have just been using one of the light weights every day since I received them on medium gauge mandolin strings, so far it's worked perfectly. No bending, breaking, nor chewing that I have experienced at times from bad quality picks. Well packaged in a slim case. Highly recommend these unless you are looking for something with a logo (which some people prefer for the texture factor) or solid color.

I bought these for my 10 year old son. He really liked them They are nice and the holders work good for holding the guitar picks. I like that they also came in a container to store them. The only negative is I thought the picks themselves were thinner than expected.

My husband just started learning to play bass and he needed more pics. 12 for about 6 bucks, Plus it comes with a pic holder that can stick on the guitar! Very awesome gift, he was so excited!

Era para regalar y le fueron muy bien . hay variedad de colores. Fáciles de utilizar. Van guardadas en una cajita y una bolsa de cierre hermético . Llevan los dossiers portapuas, cómo se puede ver en la imagen. Detrás del portapuas lleva un adhesivo, es para poder pegarlo en el instrumento y tener ambas cosas juntas. Contenta con la compra.

The picks are nice quality and have a slightly matt feel and finish making, somewhere in between a Tortex feel and shiny celluloid.The pick holders are a little cheap and gimmicky. I wouldn't trust them in a gig situation as the top portion is only held in place by 3 plastic friction-fit pegs and it popped off when I was trying to load it because it's under tension from the spring and picks. Some glue would fix that if you really wanted to use them. They fit 4 thick picks, 7 mediums (you only get 4), or all 12 thins, though filling it right up makes it tight and really starts to pop the lid. Realistically 3 thick, 6 medium, and 8 or 9 thins would fit comfortably without literally bursting at the seams.As others have mentioned, they do smell faintly of Vick's and mouldy bread. It's not unpleasant, but it is noticeable. They're most likely made from recycled Vick's tubs. They don't taste of much if you're the type who holds picks in your mouth. A slight minty coolness.All in all a nice set of plectra for the price.
