Confused about the product
I have earlier bought jatamansi from another source . Jatamansi is called Indian musk root & it is black in colour & has a distinctive sweet smell but this product had neither the colour nor smell . It's light brown in colour & completely devoid of aroma. Don't know whether it's jatamansi at all.

No smell, also sand particles present.
It is not edible, contains some sand particles also. Moreover, it is devoid of its characteristics smell, probably its essential oil is extracted already!
