CX-P10 full-Color Indoor led Sign programmable WiFi Rolling Information LED Display

When I had difficulty using the product I sent an email and Evelyn(from customer service) got back with me straight away and I was able to get it fixed within 24hrs. She then gave me a direct way to contact her if I have any other issues. The product its self is very cool and easy to program.

The instructions are poorly written. After reading it 3 times it is still unclear. It comes with a flat ribbon cable that does not have a port to plug in to, so you need to open sign and guess where it goes??? I ran out of patience after 40 minutes, and had only installed the flash drive, the first of 6 steps. If you like guessing games, love trying to understand broken English, get a kick out of puzzles, and enjoy a great IT challenge, this product is for you!

The instructions are horrible and the user interface is extremely non-intuitive and clunky. I’ve contacted them twice by email and haven’t received any help. I can’t get it to work on wifi or with the USB. If they don’t respond soon, I’ll be returning this product. I had high hopes for this LED sign.
