Tune Up Fitness Massage Therapy Instructional DVDs with Jill Miller for On-Demand Pain Relief

I wish I had purchased this DVD many years ago. The techniques presentation is excellent and easy to understand and perform. The Yoga Tuneup Massage Therapy relieves pain, relaxes and energizes my body.

I have stacks of DVDs in hopes of finding something that will help me relieve my pain. I did a marathon 10 years ago and never worked out my IT band issues. In addition, I have a lot of shoulder, back and hip pain. Not only is she easy to follow, I felt immediate positive relief after the routines.

Jill Miller provides very thorough DVDs for pain relief. Jill is very detailed and thoroughly shares her knowledge and experience. I am an RYT and a PT and have appreciated her thorough coaching.

This DVD has very few exercises for each of the areas it covers. I was hoping it would be more like her book, The Roll Model.

I have been using the products now for past 3 weeks and have noticed a huge difference in how relaxed my muscles are. Thank you!
