Perfect Iron for Fussy Mom
I have been skimming and searching for a steamer iron which is portable and powerful enough to remove wrinkles in a single glide. I have tried and tested various steamers from ebay including the vertical steamers however, I have always ended up returning those as they looked promising but did not deliver. I am quite fussy when it comes to ironing clothes and I have got a big Philips Steam Generator iron but it has one main drawback that it is not portable (although good for ironing in bulk). I was particularly attracted to Abox Steamer due to its warranty period and decided to give it a go and I must say that I do not regret it.The Iron is smaller than it looks and really portable. It has an auto shut-off function too so there is no risk of burning your clothes. The water container looks small but to my surprise it did not run out quickly, however, you should not expect it to last long considering the size of iron. To test this iron I tried it on 100% cotton highly wrinkled pillow case and to surprise the wrinkles were gone with max two glides. This steamer iron is also perfect for steam ironing vertically. I am extremely happy with its performance. It also comes with an extra-long wire which makes it even easier if the switch is a bit far-off.It comes with a heat resistant base and a lovely pouch. I assume the pouch provided is heat resistant, however, I have not risked storing a hot iron inside the pouch yet. The sellers should include a word of caution for the pouch in case it isn't heat resistant. Overall its 4.5 stars from me out of 5 for this wonderful product!

Fantastic steamer and iron
If I could give this steamer 6 stars I would. I am the worlds worst ironer, so I don’t bother. However, I read the reviews and was tempted to give ironing another try. When I arrived I tested it and ended up steaming 4 pairs of jeans and a T-shirt. No wet patches, no damp clothes, this little machine is brilliant. Next day I ironed a fitted sheet whilst on the bed, together with two pillow cases, I haven’t experienced unwrinkled bed sheets in years! My living room curtains had creases that wouldn’t drop out, so I tried this steamer. They are now hanging perfectly. Really impressed with this little gadget. Takes seconds to heat up and you can use it as soon as the light turns blue. Highly recommended for non-ironers like me and expert ironers alike.

not enough power to remove creases in curtains
Its easy to use but its just not powerful enough to remove and iron out creases. It couldnt do my linen curtains so had to use my old steamer. Wish I had tested this steamer earlier as I probably would have returned it. I got it as a back up for one I currently own but is no longer available.

Excellent portable steamer
Was looking for some good quality and portable steamer due to my frequent travelling. Found this amazing 2 in 1 portable and extra efficient iron cum steamer. It’s very easy to use and light to carry on your baggage. It’s very safe and won’t spoil your clothes. It’s looks smaller but it’s great with pressing. Recommend

Fashion and Function
I have a disclaimer : I am so particular when i travel with weight, dimension and productivity of an item that i have sent countless travel steamers back just because they were not up to the Job until Today !ABOX is designed almost like an apple product there is form, there is function. Johnny Ive himself would be proud of this one.Function : It is small, about 600-800 grams which is very good when travelling low cost compared to big Space occupying big wigs like the Phillips steam and go ( which i got with the abox with the intention of sending the Abox back but instead the phillips was returned )The Steam is plenty - i have de-wrinkled a messy heavy cotton iron shirt and was very impressed - i guess when you slide the iron with a base plate with so much steam it will do a much better job then any other design of travel steamer but i like a good finished result so other people may differ on their opinionCompared to the Steam and Go whose reservoir is tiny and needs constant refilling and whose steam output is comparable the Abox tank ( looks small ) can do a lot more , the steam output is substantial !- i was surprised to see that the phillips tank got exhausted very very quickly during early phases of steaming a shirt ( a comment universally held by other people as well )Just get a portable iron mat which you can stash under your suitcase and this thing can do pretty much anything - the iron functioning on its own is remarkable but vertical steaming ( not a drip of water ) is good also.all in all i have finally found what i was looking for and ABOX is here to stay - compared to other Chinese knock offs on Amazon the ABOX parent company is American ( written on the box ) and i think the thought going into its design showsRecommend this product - ideal for travellers , will not be disappointed

First class product
Out of the many things that we buy most are ok, a few are disappointing but this little steamer is fabulous, absolutely first class. The first thing I tested it on was some very creased linen trousers, they pressed perfectly in a hanging position and not only that they were not left too damp so if you were travelling they could be prepared and hour or two before wearing them, sooner if you're somewhere nice and hot or have a radiator nearby to hang them on. The shape makes it easy to use and the steam was powerful. Nice long lead also. Highly recommended.

Be careful
I liked this initially. The pictures on the advert show it gives a good steam. Not enough for my creased jeans or Egyptian cotton shirts. It is good for refreshing the look of jackets. Not as a replacement to an iron. You can't control the steam or heat, nearly burnt my fingers using it. When leaving it to one side, I found it leaked. The price is similar to a real iron so, not so great!

Great, but 1100W and 90ml
Ok.....this thing works excellent. However, bit of false advertisement in the sense that official documents state its 1100watts, not 1300 and also the water tank is officially 90ml not 100ml.
