So pleased I purchased this stem although more silvery than I thought I still like the effect it gives to:my room. I was hesitant to purchase as some customers had encountered problems but I took a chance and so glad I did. The delivery was very quick and well packaged.

Very disappointed. Not only is the item poor quality and cheap-looking, but there was a piece missing!Certainly not what I expected (it looks far better in the picture) and wouldn't have been worth the money I paid for it - even if it wasn't broken.It's going back today, once I work out how to contact the courier who delivered it.....

Returned this item as it wasn't as shown in the picture. It's really lightweight, very cheap looking and what I thought was going to be chrome leaves were in fact silver glitter which shed everywhere. It was poorly glued together and I certainly wouldn't pay around £40 for it.

Packed well so still in its shape when received. Nice and bright,shiny and well made. Looks good on the wall.
