It works well, better than the other floatants that I have tried.
Easy to use and nothing spills or blows all over the place like the powder desiccants. I use a just a small film on my fingertip and work in to the top of the fly. It will make that fly ride perfectly. Some add to their tippet and the end of their fly line which will add some extra float ability. Not for CDC flies.

Great floatant works as intended
Great floatant paste that easily fits into one's pocket. I apply it to some flies as well as my furled leader to help it float. I just apply it once to my leader before the first cast and it floats from early morning til quitting time. The flies I use it on will float even after a few strikes and takes before they need to be re-pasted. It only takes a tiny bit so take care or you'll gum up your fly.

doesn't melt!
Just used this on a week long trip and it worked better than Mucelin and didn't melt. Used it on my leader and last ten feet of flatline for better drifts and mending. It also worked very nicely on dry flies.

Harder to attach to vest/bag than the traditional taller bottles
I lost it on the Deschutes River when it popped out of my wet hands. I think you can still get it attached to your bag/vest with the right mix of attachments, but it's shape just isn't as easy to attach as the traditional taller bottles. This paste WAS working for me before I lost it, though.

This is the best dry fly floatant I've ever used and the only one I use now.
