I do not heat style my hair everyday, but I do heat style it often enough and I've been working with a curling iron for years. I know how a curling iron is supposed to work. I can tell you that this curling iron has never reached its full temperature, constantly blinking. I have to drop the temperature to the lower setting to get a steady-state. That makes me not trust the heating element in this curling iron. So this may be the iron that I use to smooth out the flyaways at my crown and around my hairline, but I'm going to stick to my hot tools long barrel curling iron for the rest of my needs

There were no instructions on how to operate the product. I thought it was going to auto-curl and it does not do this. The only information that came in the box is a warranty website, safety precautions, and how to turn the product on and off but no reference to a tutorial or how to use the product which is big when it comes to curling irons in my opinion. I am returning the product because for what I paid for the item, there should be more information.

It was ok, did the job, however, the last time I tried to use it the handle was too hot to touch. The entire wand was HOT. Of course the return window is closed (I've had it 2 months). $120 lost.
