So the product is great and my daughter loves them. Examine your product very carefully because there appeared to be blood on one of the curlers. I contacted amazon and there were none in stock so they couldn't exchange them so I threw them in the garbage. Not taking any chances. Probably an accident but still unnerving.

They seem to be as pictured and functional but I'm pretty sure they're used. There's nothing in the description about them being used or returned but they came rubber banded together in a box and there was definitely blonde hair mixed in. No sealed packaging, no instructions. With no packaging there's also nothing to store them in. I've throughly washed them and I'll watch an instructional video but I feel that should be stated clearly to the buyer.

The wand that was given is such bad quality with my 4c hair it just kept coming apart. so I had to do tiny sections (not small but tiny) but if I pulled from just the top hook it allowed more hair to come through but that was a struggle gripping . The top of the wand kept getting stuck on the formers! Making holes in the formers! the wand eventually broke... basically the wand was crap which is a very important tool in the whole operation! Very disappointed. I’ll try it again with a wand with better quality

Gift for my daughter and she likes them. Must use small sections and much easier to use on wet hair. She said they were really heavy (we used them all) so we used the hair dryer for a minute or so and took them out. Worked perfectly!

These are a great way of heatlessly producing waves in your hair and are easy to use and gentle on the hair. These were well made, thick enough, no jagged edges or holes, and the waves were all uniform. The only issue I have is that they're not 21 inches as advertised. My hair is 21 inches but these are only 19 inches.

Using them was a bit of a learning curve, but not too bad when I got the hang of it. These made superrrr cute waves in my hair. Unfortunately the head ache that I had the next day from wearing these wasn’t worth it. All of that weight at the scalp made my head and neck really uncomfortable the next day. I am bummed because it is such a cool concept!!

Received the curlers NO HOOKS!

These things are extremely hard to install when you can see what you’re doing. Trying to put them in the back of your head where you can’t see, is impossible! They pull on your hair, and hurt. After 2 hours I took them out, had beautiful waves. In one hour, my hair was straight again. And they were expensive!! Waste of money, and time.
