Wright's White Bread Mix, 500 g

We bought a few of these as we luckily predicted a shortage of bread but will now use it more often. It is easy to use and the results are excellent. We used to have a bread maker but got fed up of the fuss, this is a brilliant and simply span of the gap between artisan bread and regular daily off the shelf sliced. Worth the effort and small cost.

I've been using another brand for quite a while as I liked the fact I could just add water & mix. Decided to try this - it's better than the other brand I was using & this makes lovely wraps (40g bread mix, add water to thick pancake mix, frylight onto frying pan, cook on medium heat for a couple of mins each side). Will be trying crumpets next!! And at this price I'm going to have fun experimenting!! 😊😊

We aren't too keen on the fresh bread from this mix - lacks a bit of salt or something - but it's absolutely perfect for scrummy toast!
