If you don’t have a significant amount of “stuff” in the main compartment the ball weighs it down and makes it hard to access. Wish the shape of the overall bag was sturdier.

Got this for my brother who plays basketball regularly and HE LOVES IT. Never leaves the house without it. He can carry his gear, and he never has to worry about his phone dying.That's the only reason I have it 4 stars. I didnt realize till the last moment it wasnt there and had to bring to the store during the holiday madness to get one.NOTE: this bag doesnt come with a battery pack to charge your phone. I bought it separately.

My son likes the fact that he can bring his own ball to the court with his school supplies for a quick transition into doing basketball drills after school this year by using this backpack.

This is a great buy, we were looking for something like this that help my Godson every time he has basketball games and he does not have to carry the ball.

Bought this for my 10 yr old grandson for Christmas. Perfect. Shoes fit inside with room to spare. Ball fits in the mesh outside pocket and even his large water bottle fits in the side pocket made for it.

Really great gift for basketball player. I especially love how you can put the ball net back into the bag and how it has a charger inside the bag thus preventing phone theft while leaving your bag unsupervised.

By this time every year I’m replacing book bag #2 or 3 from tips and tears from over stuffing the bag or he would carry 2. I bought this bag and my son loves it!! He plays basketball so the ball pocket is perfect. His school books fit with no issue and he had not complained about his back hurting!!!
