Solved my problem
I recently purchased an older, fixer, lots of damaged infrastructure items. This took care of old stainless, bent, and painted covers. Looks clean and covered gaps.

I'm happy with it...
On the back of the toilet, I had an old rusty pipe cover. I cut off the old cover with a Dremel and then patched up the wall before putting the ring on. It is small in what it covers but looks fine to me.

Vey small and very cheap
These are very small. The coverage is not good. The quality is not very good either.

It covered the hole but wouldn't buy again, too pricey for cheap plastic and poor fit
Covered hole for toilet supply line. Since it won't be readily seen so I didn't care it looked cheap but wasn't price wise. The circumference is off when clipped in place. I was lazy and didn't want to cut supply valve and glue in a new one so I used this. Saved trip to hardware store so it's hard to complain too much.

Should be easy
Won’t close, clip together around 1/2” copper. Tried 2 different just won’t lock together. I put the joint towards the back and white caulked the gap.
