I was so glad to find this. I have a plantronics headset for my landline which I rely on for all of my landline calls and the battery went dead. I have had it for a good number of years now and was afraid I would not be able to find a battery for it but this one worked perfectly. Appreciate the availability.

This battery is a great replacement for the original on my Plantronics headset. My old one was only staying charged about 3-4 hours. The new one will make it all day. I am on Zoom calls about 6-8 hours and can make it though without worrying about battery life.

The install was a bit delicate. Make sure you have a pair of tweezers handy. Be very careful with the wiring as it is very thin, and could be accidentally pulled. Other then that, it works great and was a perfect replacement for my headphones.

Upon receiving it, the battery looked great. It was in a nice Vintrons box, plastic interior caddy, and wrapped in a soft cushioned sleeve. There was no damage and it looked very professional.Installation wasn't easy - but that's no fault of the battery. It was correctly sized. The Plantronics headset just needed a little extra finger strength in order to open up the case. Once open, the battery fit perfectly.The biggest negative is that the battery only lasts 36 minutes out of the 8+ hours it was supposed to get before chirping that it needs to be charged. The stock battery is 190 mAh, and this one should have been 240 mAh - 50 mAh greater. Instead of the 1H 40 Min extra talk time I was expecting, I received a battery that was somewhere around 1% of the battery life I was expecting.No amount of fancy packaging can make up for a product that doesn't do its core function.

The batteries im replacing are originally 270MAH and at around the same price as it is for the 2 240mah i bought here. I cannot complain as they work as should and fit correctly. Good for backups if needed.

Initially the battery worked great. Life was exceptional but after a few charge / discharge cycles duration faded fast and after 9 months its down to just a few minutes life.When trying to remove I found its very swollen and I had to cut it apart to remove.

Immediately resurrected the CS510 at a client site and worked right out of the box even before charging
