EPAuto Waterproof Car Trash Can with Lid and Storage Pockets, Dark Grey

This little trash can uses a plastic grocery bag as a liner. It holds more than I thought it would. It fits nicely behind the passenger seat in my Jeep. Hanging from the head rest. So far no leaks or anything like that. It's easy to empty and change the bag out. Easy to assemble. Arrived in perfect condition. No problems at all.

Fits perfectly and nicely made

I had purchased one of these for my car and liked it so much I bought one for my husband's. It makes tossing garbage much easier, especially with masks and toddlers. We use them in the back seat directly behind the center console (equinox and eacape). The strap isn't long enough to go through the console on the equinox but is on the escape. Neither block the vents to the back but it does block the charging ports. Not a big deal for us because we always leave a cord in and the trash bin goes right in front.The bin itself stood upright for about 5 months for our first one before it started to scrunch down. There are small plastic supports that go on the side to keep it open but I needed the height to be supported as well. I cut up a box that fit and am using that. Works great for support! My first trash bin also didn't come with liners like my second one so that may have been a fluke. I use grocery store bags as trash bags and wrap them around the straps where the plastic supports are held.

Easy to set up, good size, looks great. just what I needed! I line it with a supermarket grocery bag.

Before i got this, my poor truck looked like a dumpster inside. I would just throw stuff in the back seat or on the floor behind me (my fiancé was ready to pull his beard hair out). And then i got this little trash can. It serves as my guilty conscience and is very successful in that. I have it fastened to the back of the middle compatrmtn, so it sits behind me to my right. It doesnt obstruct people sitting in the back seat unless you are trying to sit in the middle. Very easy to attach, the inside material is similar to lunch boxes (insulated) so its waterproof. just wide it down with the damp cloth is you spilled something in there. For the price you cant beat the quality and the peace of mind. This thing forces you to be tidy

This is a great value at less than $10. I have seen some negative comments on the reviews, but I simply cannot imagine how anyone can be unhappy with a useful, functional product like this; one that is so darn affordable. There are a couple things I would improve and I will list them at the end of this review, but those small issues will not stop me from giving this a 5 STAR review. Some reviewers mention it is easy to clean the inside and I am certain that it is, but I wanted a liner. I could not find anything online, so I used a plastic grocery bag, held up by an inner support brace that I made from the box the shipment came in. I cut a half inch strip of cardboard and bent it to form the corners of the mouth of this container. I used a couple of staples to join the two ends, then inserted the plastic bag into the container. The top of the bag was wrapped over this rube goldberg support brace, and the brace is held in place by a couple of small binder clips, which also help to make the sides of the unit a little more sturdy. PROBLEMS? . They are minor - there are instructions, but they are vague, would like to see more words to accompany the drawings. Two side strips are provided, and these are intended to give some rigidity to the edges of the bag. After looking long and hard for some pouches to slip these into, I realized the intention was simply to have these tucked behind the side straps; the plastic inserts are long enough that you sort of have to wedge them in there, so I imagine the manufacturer is expecting that to hold the black plastic support inserts in place. We'll see how that lasts over time, but it would be nice to have loops or a pouch to actually hold them in place. Not a huge deal though - this is a great buy and I am going to order a 2nd one for my other car.

This garbage bag would have earned 5 stars if it was not for a poor choice in strap material. This bag was perfect for my small car. Until the strap shredded within 3 months, now there is nothing to keep it in place or from rolling around the footwell. The bag itself is in great condition and held up fantastically, holding quite a bit of trash. Since I don't believe in just throwing away something that is still very usable, I will have to attach some kind of makeshift strap to keep it in place. I had purchased 2 more from the same company, and will have to replace the straps on those as well.

Appears to be made of good material, will work well in the car in numerous places just depends on your make and model.

Was so good I had to buy a second for the other vehicle and sent one to family across the country. Velcro and the snap strap keep this secure in the car. Pockets for the bags I used to line it mean I can easily take the old bag out and replace it immediately. The opening is big enough to get your hand in, but keeps trash from falling out the top or blowing out. I’m super happy with this product!
