Astro 136E-4356 3/8-Inch Anvil O-Ring and Retaining Ring, 10-Piece

Doesn’t fit very well on my Ingersol-Rand 3/8” impact gun. Was very hard to get on and o-ring seemed to pinch as metal ring was installed. Tried numerous times and different ways to install to keep from pinching o-ring but no good so I just went with it. After install, sockets were extremely hard to get on and off. After a full day of use it seemed OK. After a week, the tension on the ring is so week it’s almost as bad as when I had no ring on it. The package was cheap enough and came with 10 so I’ll just keep replacing for now until I run out.

I go through at least 4-6 of these every single year as my 3/8 air impact wrench is used and abused more than any other tool I own. I've been a CERTIFIED MASTER professional mechanic (auto technician) for over 30 years and a MASTER tech for 31 years. I use to only be able to get these from the Snap-on or MAC trucks. This is vastly superior as they cost 1/10th as much and I likely have an 18 month supply at the minimum. AWESOME

I’ve ordered these from Astro pneumatic multiple times and while the hog rings are always consistent, the o rings that are supplied vary. This time the o rings were extremely thick and do not work well for most impacts

The sent itm isn't the same as pictured. Orings are much thicker and this set does not work on my snap-on 3/8ths electric impact.

To snug of a fit for Milwaukee impact but after beating it on and off for a few times seems better.
