This case offers all the protection that you will need. It's thicker than the Avidet OP7 case and this has a good cushion on the edges including a high enough lip. It also feels much bigger in the hand whereas the Avidet feels much smaller, even though physically they are probably within 0.5-1mm of each other in terms of length, width and height. It also has a strip of rough pattern on the left and right bottom of the edges for better grip. I will keep both the Tiya and Avidet but I think I prefer the Avidet's slim profile, even though it has little lip protection for the four edges of the screen.
