Cosco Shifter 300-Pound Capacity Multi-Position Folding Hand Truck and Cart, Yellow

I like this XL version way better than the their original size. Their adjustable handle is great to increase the height. The toe plate is big. I replaced the wheels with better rubber ones to last longer and manuever better.

I bought this rate cart for 1 reason only. The fact that it can be folded into a very portable piece for easy storage and can be carried in the car, in case of unexpected purchases. The hands can also be extended for tall people, so you do not need to slouch when pushing. This is a major difference between this model and the yellow Shifter 300. It is sturdy enough for the price. I once bought 4 cases of Kirkland Signature Bottled Water 16.9 fl. oz., 40 per case and this cart carried them all seamlessly. It is a great buy. A better buy than the yellow yellow Shifter 300 which does not have adjustable hands.

This is a great hand truck, very well made and does all what it's supposed to. Folds up very easily and converts from a hand truck to a dolly with one lever.Main use is for the Costco run. Once we get back home, we load up the hand truck with wine, water, boxes etc. and take them into the house. Saves multiple trips and a strained back.Note that not all Cosco hand trucks are the same. The yellow one has a larger toe plate and extendable handle, which makes it much easier to pull/push, not so the blue and green version.Highly recommended.

This item is great! It folds out and back in easy smooth moves. The handle extends out farther than I expected and the toe plate is the perfect size for this model. I bought a different model of the same type Made by the same manufacturer and found it to be useless because of the size of the toe plate but this model has upgrades that far exceed the other model so be careful which model you choose. lastly it folds down smoothly and to a convenient size for storage even for putting in the trunk of a regular sized car.

I either like (A) or hate something (F). This “hand-truck for the home” gets an A+. Thoughtful design. Because it is slender, strong, lightweight, and tall, I would call it “sleek.” Definitely high-end. Way above typical. Superb for elders. I recommend. (May I say “ultimate”?)

We clean beach condos and this is a critical tool. It carries 2 large bags of linens and I can balance my van and mop on top. I use a long and short bungee to secure. It saves trips to the car and our Back muscles!

I love this thing. I had the old model and it was great but the handle was to short for me that was the only issue. They made this model with an extension handle perfect for me.

This product was recommended by my husband's coworker. Product seems to fold fairly compactly - a priority in my husband's opinion - and works as expected.
