This certainly has worked for me. I'm a train driver who works permanent early shifts. I get up before the trains start running. Often at three am, half two am is the earliest alarm I set. I have three children five and under. So clearly I have bags under my eyes.This little cosmetic literally diminishes those bags. What makes them pronounced is the puffiness that protrudes them outwardly. So this reduces the puffiness hugely. However, I still have dark circles under my eye, its just that they're massively less obvious now the puffiness has gone.Users should be aware the formula is quite potent. I have long eyelashes. If like me you do too you must make a real effort to allow the formula to dry before blinking because it does sting slightly in the skin, but if your eyelashes get some on and it goes in you actual eye it is very irritating.

The American crew hydrating gel does a great job at removing bags and sleep marks from under my eyes. It is a nongreasy formula that goes on and is easily absorbed into the skin. It doesn’t seem to dry out or leave any undesirable effects on my eyes but I have to say that as you only get 15 mil it really won’t last very long.I only use this when I really need it as I think it would be too costly to use all the time.

I was quite surprised by this product. It had an extremely noticeable effect, within just a few minutes.I went through a very bad cold recently, and woke up with heavy lines around my eyes. Using this product, I was able to rub a little on, and, three minutes later, I had less lines round my eyes than I usually do.This is quite a nicely designed product: you turn the applicator round to the 'on' position, squeeze and roll. This dispenses the right amount, and you can either use the roller to squidge it around, or smear it with your fingers (which I tend to do).Compared to other products I've tried, I felt this worked rapidly, and with quite a powerful effect.

I am a big fan of the American Crew brand. Their products are without exception excellent, and this eye gel is no exception. I use it twice a day and it really does make a difference: after only a few days of use, the skin around my eyes was less puffy in the morning, and any puffiness soon recedes after I use in the morning. Any darkness around my eyes is reduced and the skin looks brighter, tighter and more moisturised.The gel is really easy to use, with a roller ball to ensure even distribution of the gel and also give a light massage to the eye socket area. This, along with other products in the ACUMEN range has really brightened the colour of my face and improved the general quality of skin tone.

I have seen a lot of these eye gels around and always been skeptical about the effect of it.The eye gel feels hydrating, but whether this is because of the gel itself or because the applicator is made of metal is debatable. Waking up I feel like anything cold on my skin would be a shock to the system, cosmetic wise the industry have a lot of products that aren't 'scientifically proven' to do a lot of things that are claimed. It is also very expensive for what is a tiny tube, sure it reduces puffiness, but so would an ice pack.

American Crew Acumen is fast becoming my husband's favourite for personal care .This energising hydrating gel is no exception . The tube comes in an ACUMEN box .Taking the top off of the tube you see a steel ball . This is used to apply the gel underneath and around the edges of the eyes . My hubby said it has a faint spring like scent and felt cool going on . It wasn't in anyway sticky to the touch , it rolled on smoothly and instantly disappeared into his skin leaving the area around his eyes feeling lighter .I'm so impressed with his reaction to this that I won't even quibble over the price in my opinion if he likes it and uses it then it's worth it because so is he .

What a pointless product... for men. Sure, ageing women will throw money at their under eye "bags" in an attempt to improve them. But men do not care...that much. I would never spend around 20 pounds for this.This has a fiddly ball applicator. At first nothing happened. I then realised you have to twist it to an "on" position. Even then, I ended up squirting it on my finger tips and spreading it under my eye area.So what happened after I applied it? Nothing. Yep, that's right, nothing. The area of skin looks a bit wet for a bit, but then goes back to looking exactly like it did previously.Advice: Creams like this are not going to reduce signs of ageing. Just grow old gracefully -- or eat healthy food, exercise and drink a lot of water -- if you really care that much.
