I’ve tried a bunch of burger presses, but none of them were as simple to use and clean as this one. It even comes with a good bunch of wax paper, which I didn’t have at first and wanted to use right away when it arrived. It’s definitely a keeper. 😬

Love this burger press, especially the little circle wax paper provided to separate the patties. We recently switched to vegetarian diet for health reasons and desired homemade burger variations not premade. Finally used it and was soooo surprise how easy it made the process of falafel burger patties to freeze on a cookie sheet. So cost effective at $0.99 a bag for dried garbanzo beans which made 13 burger patties. Pinterest has recipes.

This patty maker has the same diameter as regular-size hamburger buns. It is made of plastics which have both pros and cons. The good thing is it is light-weight and easy to clean. The bad thing is it is somewhat flimsy and the black paint may come off after constant use and wash. However, it makes perfect shape of patties. It is easy to use and easy to remove. It also comes with sticky papers. It is a good entry level for making burgers. For more uses, I will upgrade to a stainless steel one.

Perfectly shaped burgers and sliders. I don't enjoy super thick burgers, so a half inch thick patty is PERFECT. The burgers came out perfect!

I've been frustrated trying to form hamburger patties by hand because the edges inevitably fray out and don't hold together so it becomes super time consuming trying to fix them, and in the end, I always have splits. This patty forming mold makes it super easy and quick to form them perfectly There's even a mini form for sliders. It comes with a bunch of circular shaped parchment paper, so my patties don't stick together.I like it. I've never had such an easy time making a bunch of hamburgers.I have noticed that I can make different thicknesses of patties depending on how much I pack inside. This is super convenient because my mom doesn't like to eat as thick a hamburger as I do, so I can make hers thinner. I found they were super easy to separate after freezing, too because of those papers they come with. I wonder if I can buy refills....

This works really well except that the burger patties shrink so they are much smaller than the buns. Generally they still fit the regular buns and they are thick.
