Dixon Valve CFB2015S Thermoplastic Fire Equipment, Constant Flow Fog Nozzle, 2" SIPT (NPSH)

Worked well until I dropped it approximately 6 inches while attached to hose on dirt. Broke off cleanly at coupling radius - only female threaded ring remained attached to hose male threads. Examining the break, it appeared the plastic was thinner at the coupler radius, probably due to the depth of the female coupler threads. Luckily, I had mostly extinguished the slash piles I was burning. I would not recommend this product for potentially dangerous work. In my case, it failed to handle being used in a real world situation.

This nozzle works perfectly and the listing description does not clearly indicate that it adjusts from hard stream to fog spray. We use it with our two inch trash pump to wash our decks down when we dredge and it deluges water. Be careful not to dislodge and lose the black rubber bumper.

absolute crap, how did these ever get certified is a mystery.We have 7 hydrants on board with these, they snap under pressure, seize and are so impractical. Way too small and stiff to operate with gloves on.They are checked, cleaned and maintain on a monthly basis and still they break unexpectedly.Stay clear

Product works exactly as described. Adjusts spray stream easily and handles high pressure well. Believe it is rated at 75 gallons per minute, I had it connected to a water pump that put out 150 GPM. Nozzle had no issues at all with high volume (hose was stretched tight). Water stream shot 60-70 feet. Worked exactly as I had hoped, but of course like anything you get out of it (great water stream) what you put in it (great water volume), but that's not an issue with the nozzle it functioned perfectly as expected. Will be used with gas powered pump in rural area next to a river as wildfire protection.

Used this with a 2” pump to control a large bonfire. Worked flawlessly, loved that I could adjust the nozzle.

Great nozzle for a 2" hose. I use a semi-trash pump connected by a 2" discharge hose, with this nozzle. It'll put out a wide fog to a solid stream that shoots out 50+ feet. It's well constructed and will take years of abuse. Way too much fun for an old man.

Item is great. I have it hooked to 3 inch fire hose and pump that is pulling water from a lake. The lawn can be watered in a few minutes. The nozzle can be adjust from a spray to stream vert easily
