Doesn't fully provide all the functions
This site mentioned (many times) that its product full provides ALL of the functions available on the original BT controller. As I found out this isn't the case- the BT controller has a very useful TV (one/off) button at the to left- no such function is on this controller.

Better than the original
Bought this to replace a BT remote on which several buttons failed.Takes a bit of getting used to as the layout is different to the original BT remote.It will only operate the BT youview box and not the tv.Good replacement,very pleased with it,and a reasonable price too,recommend it.

It Works!
This is what BT should have supplied. Their own controller's buttons cease to work very quickly (I have three boxes and they all play up in different ways). This RM box is more responsive and better in every way I can think of. I wish there were more stars to give!
