Faulty item
Three pieces of this puzzle are faulty/ incorrectly cut! So after spending hours on this jigsaw we were unable to complete it!!!Wrote to the manufacturer, who replied as follows" Thank you for contacting Customer Services.I am sorry to hear that you have an issue with your puzzle. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the faulty puzzle. We try to ensure our puzzles are of the highest quality but, very occasionally, a fault will get through the process unfortunately.We are not able to replace individual pieces, this is due to the cutting process as the cutters are slightly moved between each cut so we cannot guarantee a piece from another puzzle will fit!Can I please ask you to return the faulty puzzle to where it was purchased from or contact the seller if it was purchased online and they will offer you a replacement or refund, if there are any issues please let me know.Apologies once again

Sehr gute und passgenauen Qualität der Puzzleteile. Das besondere an den Van Haasteren Puzzles ist, dass sie so detailreich sind, dass man an vielen Teilen bereits erkennen kann wo sie hin gehören. Die zahlreichen dargestellten lustigen Szenen machen ebenfalls Spaß.

Roliga pussel att lägga
Älskar dessa roliga pussel. Man hittar hela tiden nya saker i bilden vilket gör att pusslen är ännu roligare att lägga.Hade gärna set att bitarna blev ordentligt utskurna då dom många gånger inte är det.
