I love this particular edition because of the art on the cover. Children of Dune is a magnificent story that keeps you hooked to the end. The Golden Path now falls on the shoulders of Paul's son, Leto Atreides. Leto, who was born with his consciousness awakened in his mother's womb, cannot stray away from it. The Golden Path, Humanity's only hope of survival, is his life mission and no one will be able to stop him. However, his mission requires an unprecedented sacrifice...one that Leto is ready to suffer...for the love of humanity.

I ordered the first three Dune books on Kindle and the accompanying audio book. However; only the 'Children of Dune' is included and not Dune or Dune Messiah!Come on Amazon I thought you were better than sinking to that level of dishonesty.

Advertised in a way that makes you think that all 3 books are audible. Unfortunately they are not, it's just the children of dune that is audible

This was a great disappointment. The book is a paperback rebound for schools or libraries (but not advertised as such). The print is therefore paperback size, i.e. small, and the pages themselves are grey and scratchy. I wouldn't have minded so much if it had been cheap but at £21.73 including postage it was not.

After DUNE itself I think that CHILDREN OF DUNE is the next best of all the Dune books by Frank Herbert and those by his son.
