Update: After leaving my review the seller contacted me apologizing for my dissatisfaction in their product. They let me know that it was a shipment that had been damaged. They offered a full refund, which I accepted. I didn’t expect to be contacted much less offering a full refund. They were very quick to correspond back and forth with me. I had my refund sent back to my account within a few hours. Even though I was not satisfied with the product I received, their customer service was incredible. Which completely left me with an entirely different review to leave here than previous review.Wow! Thanks so much guys. Excellent customer service!The DAY of my sons party I pulled out the box to start setting up. I did skim over the details in the description before ordering. I’ll say first that I should have read it a little better. The picture was misleading. As far as decorating, (description says theme party decorations) there was nothing else other than balloons. I believe I read that this kit came with a banner. No banner included. No cake topper. I feel the description should say party supplies/themed dinnerwear not decorations, because there were none, AND what was supposed to be included wasn’t in the order.It was VERY inconvenient to have to go to the store to find decorations for my sons party, the day of his party, (that somewhat matched his party, but didn’t) when I had so much other stuff going on that needed to be done. Not to mention spending another $100 that I didn’t expect to spend at all. Oh and the favor bags only came with a bracelet. You will also have to buy more stuff to fill the bag provided.

Seller went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a party! I got extra items on top of what the product description says. It was totally unexpected but very much appreciated and kind! I'm extremely happy with the products as well as the seller and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I wanted Fortnite decor for my son's birthday without so many pictures of the guns. This did the trick with a TON of stuff to make it a wonderful day. Thank you!

Great product! Looked amazing and the kids loved it. The balloons smelled like gasoline..... which was weird. Over all we were very happy with it all tho.

After using the products this past weekend for my sons birthday party I learned that the green V balloons were defective. The balloons would pop before fully blowing them up. I tried both helium and my air. Very disappointed!....I did not receive the forks, spoons, and knifes as described in the photo. Instead I received plain white utensils.
