Cole Haan Women's Air Chelsea OT Pump

The color and finish are great. I was surprised at how stable the shoe is. I don't wear heels often and was surprised that I felt more secure in these than i do in another shoe I have with a comparable height chunky heel. I had tried on the Cole Haan Chelsea closed toe pump in the store in a regular width and expected these to fit the same in the length with more room in the toes. I was sorely disappointed. The wide width didn't feel any roomier than the medium width.

Cole Haan never lets me down. I'm size 5 and the shoe fits me really well. It is slightly tight around toe area but it does stretch in time.The colour of the shoe is slightly different to the image, actual shoe colour is Khaki where as the image looks more like dark beige.Overall gorgeous comfortable shoe - highly recommended :)

The coloring of the shoes are not as detailed in the image. The image looked much brighter than the actual shoe. The shoe was a dirty/dull purple and fit too narrow. The shoe was not even the issue with this purchase though. I bought this shoe at the beginning of February and had delivery issues with Shoe Metro from the very start. It was delivered 2 days after the maximum time frame for delivery; however, customer service was very efficient and nice to speak with. I returned these shoes on Feb 24th and it took 3 weeks for them to receive and process my return. It is now almost 1 month after I sent the return out and I have still not recieved a refund to my account. I highly recommend steering clear of this shipping service as it is not worth the frustration and extensive return/refund time frame.

I bought these shoes in a 7C hoping for a wider width as with other shoes. They were too tight and I ended up returning them.

These shoes are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 6 1/2 in Cole Haan's and these fit me perfectly. The color is accurate and the shoe is just as lovely in person. I get lots of compliments on them.

These are terrific, classic pumps, but they run narrow. I forgot that all the Nike Air Pumps run narrow. I should have ordered a C width.

Color more on the green side. Not what I expected.

They were so lovely but just too tight in the toes for me and the heels a little too high. I had to return them, sadly.....
