This was money well spent. I read many of the reviews. This is my experience. Bought this in January 2018. All cups work. No breakage or cracks. I have had no problem with suction. Directions were in English. No problems with pump or extension. Works great and is effective for pain. Simple to use. My back pain subsides in 10 minutes. Really nice quick fix.Maybe many of the negative reviewers need to take a deep breath, take your time and start over again. It is really quite easy to use the cups. And most often, if you drop something made of hard plastic or glass on the floor, it will crack or break. And, if one breaks, you have 16 more cups to work with for pain. Frankly, this was a good relatively inexpensive investment. Would buy again. Would give it more than five stars if I could.....

It’s just amazing product I do copping for my family I learned it from my grandmother I use many different cups at least ones. They’re amazing. If I can give it eight stars I will give eight stars. It’s worth it every single penny I see a couple people live reviews about the stability. You have to know how to use them. this technique to remove the cold he’s been using for 1000 years if they’re not stable in your body, that mean you don’t need the cups

I use a set like this at work as a PT. Easy to use but I use at work. Usually 1-2 pumps is plenty. Wife had some back issues and patellar tendon inflammation and worked well. Used along lumbar paraspinals and QL for sustained hold for 3 minutes. Also used on her quad (rectus femora’s and vastus lateralis) also for sustained 3 minutes. Both eased her tone and pain. In both instances 1/2-1 pump was sufficient.

This is an awesome kit that has everything you need. I noticed a difference in my back pain (specifically upper back and shoulders) the next day after my first application. I took away 1 star because some of the cups are loose and do not suction or stay suctioned, however I think it is the size of the cups relative to my body rather than manufacturer design issues. The smaller cups caught suction much better and in the future, I would purchase more of just the smaller sizes. Overall, really good

Use at home in conjunction with PT. If you know what you’re doing it helps a lot. This set is well made. Just wish it had more small cups since I’m a petite woman.

This kit is SO worth it! It is very easy to use on yourself and is effective. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing. One of the best things I have bought. I was not sure at first since it is from another country but they are great. Super easy to use and clean. I put 6 on at a time. They feel and are used just like the PT places. The price is so good for how often you will use it.
