If I could give less than a single star for my overall rating I wouldThe computer was in pieces when it arrived, I found the second stick of ram in the bottom of the case, the HDD is seem in bios but not in Windows, cant get anyone to help, tried several times and just keep getting a generic reply where they obviously did not read the email I sent, now after spending considerable time fixing what was a new computer they wont let me send it back, I do not have time to troubleshoot a brand new machine, after all that's why I bought one instead of building one. I will never buy anything of substantial value from Amazon again, I feel ripped off

Very fast! I love it; however, I barely noticed that I'm missing half the RAM. I thought I had bought a 16GB machine as advertised, but realized that it's missing half the RAM. I strongly encourage ALL of you to validate your machine upon arrival. I'm currently working out this issue w/ Amazon and the seller. I'll keep you ALL posted how that issue is fixed. This is the reason why I have edited my previous review from 5 to 4 stars.

It's been an excellent first gaming computer. On time shipment, no damage, everything we expected. Set up was easy assuming you are capeable of plugging things in and turning them on. If not, you probably aren't reading this review.

I have to give only two stars because the seller did not send the exact computer as advertised, which angers me and neither Amazon nor the seller have yet responded. However, the computer that was sent works like a charm, fast, quiet, and good looking, but a bit bulky. I would recommend this computer to anyone...I just wish it were the computer that was advertised and that I paid for.
