HOW TO USE? 1. Boil 1 liter of water and wait for 2 minutes (about 70-75 degree). 2. Put the mouth guard in the water boiler for 30 seconds. 3. Fetch it carefully and bring the mouth guard immediately to the upper jaw. bite lightly on the mouth guard and build it. 4. Take it out of your mouth.Keep it in this position for at least 60 seconds under cold water.
