Leaks.
It came on time, although it was a mess with leakage. I could see where it had leaked from. So I'm Guessing it was leaked on, rather then bust. So still happy.😊

Leaking and dented
The product is delicious but I couldn’t use the one I got. It was so dented and leaking even though it was still sealed. It was even leaking from the bottom. This is the second time this has happened from this seller. I won’t but from them again.

First time trying golden syrup
Because of my obsession with the British Baking Show, and the fact that a lot of their recipes call for golden syrup, I decided to order this. I'm so glad I did - because it definitely has a buttery, caramel type flavor that our American corn syrup can't match! It is super thick - and the lid is the same as a paint can that you need to pry off - I might get the version in a bottle next time. But then again at least with the tin you can scrape down to the bottom to get every bit out, and the bottle you would probably have to cut in have to do that. I made British flapjacks with it, which were delicious! They are not the same as American flapjacks which are pancakes, but a hearty, chewy, sweet oat cake type thing. Would definitely buy again when I run out

Good stuff
The tin came damaged. Slit, probably by a box cutter. The tin is weeping golden syrup.

Tasty stuff, a bit spendy. Sticky.
Of course it's sticky! Looks just like STP oil treatment. Not interchangeable.This stuff was foreign to me so curiosity won out.Just for breakfast indulgences, I don't make candy or bake with it.It is as described in the reviews. Much like K@ro, but denser, richer and better. A more substantial product in every way. Very yummy.Too expensive, but I'll buy more.

Super expensive for what it is.
This seller is charging a premium for old stock! My can was only a few months from expiration.Bought this during a project to recreate some of the flavors from when I lived overseas. You cannot beat the taste of this syrup! It was fun but considering the price and fact it is a small can I won’t be buying it again anytime soon.

Great flavor!
What a treat for cooking! My pecan pie was the best ever!Can arrived dented but seal was intact so no worries. Not certain how the dents we reviewers continue to cite happen as the packaging was rigorous. They almost have to be that way when picked from the shelf to go in the box. Hmmm
