Held good was running for 8 hours straight cooking a 70 pig roast only thing is I would of wished they made the hook where it rotates a little longer but it’s a strong little motor

I bought this motor with the intent to roast suckling pigs , I even ordered the heavy duty model which was well within what i was going to roast. I recently built a cinder block pit and set up the rotessirie with a 5 foot 5/8 spit rod and decided this year to try to roast 23 pork shoulders but much to my disappointment when I tried the rotessirie motor it rotated one way and than changed directions and went the other. I thought by buying a better rated motor I would have no problems. Now Im stuck with a motor thats out of the return date. I would select 0 star if I could, because it NEVER WORKED!

Considering the size of this motor, it has performed admirably. I have roasted a pork shoulder, a 15 lb. turkey and a 40lb whole pig! It has handled all these very well. The rotation speed is spot on. The build is all stainless steel. Very solid. Nothing flimsy or shoddy about it.
