Make sure the quality of the picture you are downloading is at its best (my friend taught me most photos are automatically stored at a lower quality so its easier to store electronically but need to switch this to make it printable!)came before they said it would. the box really looks like a legit puzzle that you would purchase for someoneits one of my favorite gifts ive given. Will try to update when get feedback about quality of puzzle but it looks legit.I picked this group because can personalize message on box! Ordered this puzzle with a photo from my recent wedding to pass the time at home during the coronavirus... Surprisingly, the puzzle came (shipped from Europe) within a few days and the quality of the photo was excellent! Puzzle was also good quality; pieces were not too thin! There was a lot of cardboard flakes in the box, however, but this is expected with any new puzzle. Just be sure to email the puzzle makers after ordering with your request for what to put on the box for that extra special custom touch!!

Print and production quality is excellent, and turn-around time was reasonable. The only negative is that the outer box is supposed to be personalized, and it wasn't. Aside from that, we are very pleased with the overall quality of the puzzle.

My wife loved the puzzle, I sent in a picture that I had painted which made it special for her as it was one of her favorite paintings. The quality of the puzzle pieces was comparable to the better jigsaw puzzles she has purchased.
