Great shoes for walking and light intensity workout !
Pros: Really light and soft sole shoes; Great for walking . Ok for light intensity cross training or boxing !Cons: no arch support so I cant see them being used in any high intensity activities if you have major pronation in your feet. I tried them in my spinning class but due to their soft sole they didn't offer any support to my feet on paddle.Sizing: From all the brand I have tried for sport shoes (Nike, New balance, brooks and ASICS) I believe ASICS run a size smaller. I am a size 7.5 in other brands but for these I ordered 8.5. I believe i could have also ordered an 8 and would be fine but I needed some leeway for thicker socks just in case. Please note these shoes come with a sock sleeve so you just can do without socks (personal preference)All in all, these are nice pair of shoes for light intensity activities and great for walking !

A good walking shoe, but no arch support
I like the ASICS Sana for use as a very light weight walking shoe. It does not provide any arch support and very little cushioning, so it is definitely not for running. I added my own orthotics and found the shoe very comfortable for errands and dog walking. Previous, older versions of the Sana, ran a little small. But this Sana cross 3 was a better fit.I usually wear a size 10 in most shoes. My old size 10 1/2 Sana was a little tight in the toe box, but the new Sana 3 in size 10 1/2 was a larger shoe overall and it allowed me to use my orthotics which were made for use in dress shoes and are a little thinner in construction than the ones I wear for running. I hope this is helpful for your fit questions.

I only wear asics
I love the 'sock feel' of these shoes. That is my favorite fit. I can't stand these granny looking shoes that are big and clunky. These are very light weight.I like to wear multi functional shoes all the time. (cross trainers)I wear these to ride my bike 6-7 miles, do weight room, HIIT workouts, treadmill, exercise bike. These shoes are good for it all. very comfortable. I am a woman with size 9 (asics shoes) 8 1/2 in some other brands.. but all asics I run size 9.I have a very square foot Meaning (my big toe, second toe, and third toe go across, not slanted from big toe down)I don't have a wide foot, but it's definitely not narrow. These fit great. I thought at the first try-on, they were not going to be wide enough at the top part of my foot after the toes. but I left them on for an hour and walked around in them. They feel great! will keep for sure.

Great shoe for the swelling in my foot!
After a tendon transfer a few months ago, the swelling in my left foot hasn't gone down as much as I'd like. Now that I'm out of a boot, none of my regular shoes fit, so the search was on. This ASICS gel-fit is great! Although I still have significant swelling, I am able to wear these in relative comfort (my good foot LOVES it lol). They are super-light and good support inside for regular walking and physical therapy. What sold me was the "sock' tongue. The whole top of the shoe feels like a heavy duty sock with a nice sole. Got them yesterday, wore for a few hours, then all day today so far and I love them. Still have my Crocs for the wider/taller toe box and comfy feel, but these ASICS have made it so much easier to walk. I got a size larger than normal, and it's snug on the healing foot, but good fit for my other. The expandable nature of these ASICS and sock tongue are the highlights of this shoe, in my opnion!

Casual, comfy, and cute
I bought these to wear to/from yoga and pilates and to run around town in (i.e. shopping, etc.) and they are perfect - cute, comfy and easy to get on and off (I don't even untie them most of the time). I like these shoes so much, I may get them in black because I'll be sad when the gray ones get dirty and worn out. I work in a casual setting and have worn these to work often...they are cuter and more streamlined that my running shoes. I wear Asics Kayanos for running and working out because I need support and cushioning. I wouldn't ever run or do a plyometrics class in these because they just don't provide that much support, but if you don't have high maintenance feet like I do, these may work for you for real working out. Size-wise, they may run slightly large. In Asics Kayano running shoes, I'm always a 10.5. In dress shoes, I'm a 9.5. In these shoes, I'm a 10.

Super soft and light, but run small
I bought these for an upcoming vacation and have spent the last couple months breaking them in. They feel wonderful!Asics have been my go-to brand for years, and I always wear a 7.5. Strangely, the 7.5 were too small. I found an 8, and I swear both pairs were exactly the same size. I held them up to each other and the 8 was ~maybe~ half a centimeter longer than the 7.5, and identical in all other ways. I can make the 8's work, but they're just small enough that I'm ordering an 8.5 just for some wiggle room. So now I'll have 2 pairs of the same shoes. Which is fine by me. They feel great.

These shoes are very comfy and perfect for travel
These shoes are very comfy and perfect for travel. They're light, the soles have cushion, and the tops are so stretch it's almost impossible to get a blister. Unfortunately, they don't have much arch support. I also don't understand how these are training shoes; with the stretchy tops, my foot would just slide right off the sole during lateral movement exercises. I also had some issues in the beginning with a stiff strip along the outer lace eyelets digging into my feet. I think it's there to stabilize the lace eyelets, but when I would tighten my laces, it would twist and dig into the tops of my feet. After a few months, it seems to have sorted itself out.

Beautiful and lightweight
New shoes for my HIIT workouts. I love Asics they are the one of the very best fitness brands. These pair are the Gel Fitness pair and they are so lightweight. Perfect for jumpinga around. If you are looking for good shoes for zumba or any bodyweight/cardio workouts or classes these are a winner! Only reason i gave a four is because they are kind of narrow. I have small feet and they're a bit narrow for me. If you have wide feet these probably aren't for you. Also they're more hot pink than the peachy salmon type color the pic showsUpdate: these are my favorote shoes ever. Been working out 1 hour 4 days a week in these babies for a year and they are still holding strong!
