while working toward becoming the best possible co-parent
As a child of divorce, I only wish that my parents had had this accessible to them. This book is so straight forward, giving voice to what often goes unspoken. The exercises purposeful and designed to help participants identify their goals and the life they dream of for their child, while working toward becoming the best possible co-parent. The author is direct and non judgmental in her coaching, keeping the health of the children involved always front and center in the discussion. This book will be helpful to so many families and I plan to use it in my family practice as well.
